Only if you want to place an order. We'll ask for your basic information so we can ship the product to you—no endless forms. Plus, from your account, you can check the status of your orders , change your details, and save your favorites.

We currently do not have the necessary logistics to ship internationally. However, we may be able to ship internationally for a surcharge .
Delivery will be made through the MRW shipping company. You will receive a message when your order is being delivered. You can check the status of your shipment at any time on the MRW website and using the tracking number found in your order confirmation email.
A delivery attempt is included. If the recipient is absent, a notice is left (provided access was possible) with the details of the office where the shipment can be picked up.
If the recipient has not appeared at the office to collect their shipment, or the address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of 15 calendar days , the shipment will be returned to the origin. Therefore, it is recommended that the recipient's phone number be included along with the destination address.
All our products are delivered to the customer within a maximum of 48 hours (working days) once the order has been accepted.

You can download invoices for your orders from your account whenever you need them. If you didn't enable the checker before placing your order and need an invoice, please contact us at info@kionhome.com .
